It is evident from the record that the claim has already been settled by and between the parties and thereafter the complainant has taken three consecutive dates with prayer for another date. Today the complainant has not taken any step and no information has been provided regarding the receipt of the settlement amount by and between the parties.
Therefore, we are of the opinion that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the complaint further and so he has not taken any step.
Hence, it is
O r d e r e d
that the Consumer Complaint being No. 114/2018 be and the same dismissed for default due to non-prosecution without any cost.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
