File is taken up today as an application moved by counsel for the complainant.

                   Counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised to the tune of Rs.59,914/- and he has received Rs.59,914/- vide cheque No.139174 dated 13.02.2024 as full and final settlement . He further stated that he does not want to pursue the complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Statement recorded separately.

                Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.
