Today, Ld .counsel for the complainant has made statement that there are some technical flaws in framing the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. In view of statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
