Present:       Shri M.S. Bharti, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that complainant has expired. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. He also prays that permission may be granted for filing fresh complaint. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
