                 The file taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the complainant. The  learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that  he has  compromised  the  matter with the OP ,therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint as he has  received  cheque No.847395 dated 06.12.2021 for Rs. 44,969  from the OP and being  fully satisfied  and withdraws the same. His statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

                   

2.             In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
