Case again  called after lunch time, but again none has put in appearance on behalf of the Complainant. Perusal of the file shows that from the last three dates, nobody came present on behalf of the Complainant despite affording last and final opportunities. It appears that the Complainant is not interested in prosecuting his case. In view of this, the instant complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
