Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed said complaint on 11/09/2020, thereafter the matter was listed on 6/10/2020, 13/10/2020, 14/10/2020, 22/12/2020, 14/01/2021,27/1/2021, 16/04/2021, 23/07/2021, 10/11/2021, 6/04/2021, 11/2/2022 and lastly on 13/07/2022. The complainant never appeared before Commission since inception till date to argue the matter on admission. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
