Counsel for Complainant prays another date as the Complainant is unable to attend due to personal reasons. Heard OP submission. This Commission is of the view that ample time has been given to the Complainant for cross examination but it seems that the Complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter by seeking adjournments for 5 dates. This Commission is also of the view that the Complainant has taken the Commission’s time for granted. Hence this matter is dismissed.
