                   O R D E R

                   The complainants have filed the instant complaint wherein, they have sought the following relief:-

i)        To pay an amount of Rs.28,79,758/- along with interest @ 18% to be calculated from 17.11.2018 till its realization.

ii)       To pay compensation amount of Rs. Two Lakhs as a mental agony and harassment caused by the Opposite Party to the complainant.

iii)      To pay the cost of litigation and counsel fees for an amount of Rs.50,000/-.

iv)      Any other relief the Hon’ble Commission may deems fit may please be granted in favour of the complainant against the respondent. 

                   Opposite parties No.1 & 2 have put in appearance. However, notice issued to opposite party No.3 has not been received back.

                   Learned counsel for the applicant-complainant states that the opposite parties No.1 & 2 have already satisfied the claim of the complainant and thereafter, he may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint.

                   The complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
