Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering correct address of OP No.2 by the complainant but neither complainant nor his counsel nor his any representative appeared before the Commission till 12.50 P.M. inspite of repeated calls. However in the interest of justice, the file be put up after lunch break.

                   Case called after lunch break. It is 3.50 P.M. but none bothered to appear before the Commission on behalf of complainant. On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that on the last date of hearing i.e. 17.11.2022, none appeared on behalf of complainant and in the interest of justice, one last opportunity was afforded to complainant to tender correct address of OP No.2 alongwith amended title for today. Further, on perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that correct address of OP No.2 is not being filed by complainant for the last one year i.e. since 01.12.2021, wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. As such, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
