Today, Sh. Anuj, Adv. Counsel for the complainant appeared and suffered a statement that the parties has arrived in the compromise and today he has received draft bearing No.801753 dated 08.10.2020 (copy of the draft is attached as Mark-X) amounting to Rs.1,60,000/- drawn on Standard Chartered Bank as full and final settlement amount as per the instructions of the complainant and he withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

So, in view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the Record Room.
