Opposite Party No.3 exparte.

 

File taken up today on the application filed by Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 for withdrawal of the complaint in view of the compromise effected between the parties.

 

Statement of Smt.Amarjit Kaur wife of Sh.Kartar Singh, Complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2. Today she has received a Demand Draft bearing No.113854 dated 10.09.2020 for Rs.78,000/- drawn on Standard Chartered Bank in favour of Kulwant Singh (being the present Policy Holder) of his son in full and final settlement of the claim from the Opposite Parties and nothing is due against the Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 (Photocopy of DD is Mark 'A', Photocopy of Adhaar Card of Amarjit Kaur is Mark 'B' and Photocopy of Adhaar Card of Kulwant Singh is 'Mark C'). As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.Statement of Sh.Kulwant Singh son of Sh.Kartar Singh recorded that he has no objection, if the Demand Draft bearing No.113854 dated 10.09.2020 for Rs.78,000/- drawn on Standard Chartered Bank in his favour be handed over to his mother Smt.Amarjit Kaur wife of Sh.Kartar Singh.

So according in view of the statements given by the Comlainant in Person as well as Sh.Kulwant Singh, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied after having been comopromised. File be consigned to the record room.
