ORDER
Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case compliance of the undertaking is not made by OPs as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

The parties have settled the matter. As per settlement, the OPs are ready to reinstate the policy No.30269743201704 with effect from 06.11.2018 to 05.11.2019 subject to the complainants furnishing the declaration of good health and non existence of any claim till today i.e. 30.04.2019 and payment of premium due. Further, the OPs shall also pay Rs.5,000/- to the complainants as lump sum compensation & litigation expenses within four weeks from today.
