ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Order dated 04.03.2021 perused. Application for withdrawal of the complaint was received through e-mail. However, on the previous date none for the complainant had put in appearance and the complainant was ordered to be intimated through contactless notice. Per office report, complainant has been intimated telephonically but he has not put in appearance. Contents of the withdrawal application perused alongwith e-mail & documents sent by OPs. In view of the contents and documents attached therewith, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as costs.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
