ORDER

                    Reply and evidence has been filed by OP No.1.

                   Thereafter, the matter has been settled between the parties whereby the OP No.1/Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amunt of Rs.3,03,000/- to the complainant towards full & final claim within 30 days from today and the same has been agreed upon by the complainant.  Statement of the parties to this effect has also been recorded separately.

                   In this view of the matter, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  In case the OP No.1 fails  to make the payment of above agreed amount of Rs.3,03,000/- within 30 days from today/15.2.2019, then it shall be  liable to pay the said amount to the complainant along with interest @12% p.a. from the date of this order till realization.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
