                   Today, case is fixed for preliminary hearing. At this stage, Sh.Karan Singh, Advocate for complainant has suffered a statement that due to technical defect and for providing better particular, the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh, after removing technical defects. It is therefore, prayed that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdraw with permission to file fresh complaint, after removing the technical defects. The present statement is being given without prejudice to the rights of the complainant. 

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, after removing the technical defects. Documents be returned. File be consigned to record room.
