                   Ld. counsel for OP2 had produced the copy of the order passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh in appeal no.1473 of 2014, vide which the passing of the final order has been stayed.

                   In view of the order passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh, the present complaint stands adjourned sine die, till the decision of the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh. However, complainant is at liberty to get the present complaint revived, after the decision of the appeal by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh. File be consigned to record room.
