This case coming on 09.10.2014 for Affidavits of both sides before us in the presence of Ch. Papa Rao, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri P. Sreenivas, Advocate for the Opposite Parties and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          Complainant counsel filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out of the Forum, hence he is intending to withdraw the Complaint after from issuing notice to other side.  

          Heard both sides.  Memo is recorded.  Complaint is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.   No costs.
