Record is put up today since date of Lok Adalat being fixed on 18.7.15 has been changed to 25.7.15 vide Memo No.783(2)/1(22)/SC/5L-01/05 dt.13.07.2015 issued by Hon’ble State Commission, West Bengal. Parties are present. It has been settled in course of submission that the matter can be settled on payment of Rs.40,000/- in total and that has been agreed by o.p. So, complainant is directed to pay the said sum in three installments, 1^st installment has to be paid by 31.7.15 of Rs.10,000/- and rest Rs.30,000/- shall have to be paid by two equal monthly installments by 25^th of every month and o.ps. have accepted the mode payment. Thus, the case is disposed of  accordingly.
