This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards punitive compensation for mental agony, harassment, inconvenience, hardship, unjustified demands of exorbitant amounts in terms of erroneous bills, misleading, breach of trust, adopting blackmailing tactics and distracting studies and cost to the complainant.

Notice to the opposite party not taken from the very inception of filing the case.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.  No representation also.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
