                 The complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiencies, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the appropriate court/competent authority as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.
