HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT

Heard the counsel for the revision petitioner.  We are satisfied that in the light of the directions issued by the Supreme Court in ARN Infrastructure India Ltd. Vs. Hara Prasad Ghosh dated 04.09.2023 (2023 Live Law (SC) 763 it shall be sufficient that this revision petition is disposed of without admitting the same clarifying that the petitioner herein shall be entitled to be heard by the District Commission, even though no version was filed in the Consumer Complaint that is pending.  This revision is disposed of with a direction to the District Commission to afford a hearing to the revision petitioner in terms of the dictum in the decision of the Supreme Court referred to above.
