Heard.

          It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in(Revision Petition No.2180 of 2004) titled as ‘The Senior Post Maser Vs. Arvind Industries’, decided on 01.09.2009 along with Revision Petition  Nos.2181 of 2004, 762, 764 and 2639 of 2005, this Commission has awarded  interest @ 6% p.a. which the petitioners have already implemented. He further states that in view of the aforesaid decisions of this Commission, petitioners are ready to pay interest @ 6% p.a. to the respondent-herein, since  principal amount has already been paid to the respondent. Thus, present revision petition has become infructuous.

          Authorized Representative of the respondent admits about the receipt of the aforesaid payment made the respondent and is also ready to accept interest @ 6% p.a. as offered by the petitioners.

          In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for petitioners as well as by the authorized representative of the respondent, the present revision petition stand disposed of being infractuous.
