During course of the arguments advanced by counsel for the complainant it came to notice that the complainant is seeking relief in the sum of Rs. 85,65,406/- from the OP, whereas in                                     terms of gazette notification no. GSR. 912 (E) dated 30.12.2021 the District
Commisison shall have jurisdiction to entertain complaints where the value of the goods or services paid as consideration does not exceed Rs. 1 Crores.

In view of this position, counsel for the complainant sought permission to withdraw the complaint to file it afresh before the appropriate commission. Permission granted. In view of the submission made on behalf of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. As per law, Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining a copy of the same for records.  File be consigned to record room.
