Earlier, the applicant i.e. the Original Complainant had filed Execution Application No.54/2008 for execution of order passed by the Forum in Complainant No.76/2008. In that application the Complainant had prayed for recovery of principal amount of Rs.54,250/- plus interest plus cost i.e. total amount of Rs.67,365/-. The Complainant’s representative had admitted that in earlier execution application, he has received the amount claimed. He has filed this application for recovery of further interest. As the complainant had received the entire amount claimed in the Execution Application, present Execution Application is not maintainable and hence, this Execution Application is dismissed
