Complainant  Radheshyam Rai is present   who has  represented  his wife  Mrs  Meena Devi . Shri Dipak  Kr Sarmah  representing  Marwari  Maternity  Hospital  is  present   with his  counsel  Mr  U.Choudhury . The learned  counsel  for the   complainant  Mr H.K.Baishya  is  present  . The  parties  have  filed  a  joint  compromise  petition   stating  that they   have  arrived  at an  amicable settlement   on payment  of a cheque  of Rs.60,000/-. vide Cheque No-074962   dtd.  04/03/2021  issued in favour of Shri Radheshyam  Rai.

On receipt  of the cheque , the matter  of dispute  is  resolved  between  the parties  on compromise.

Accordingly , the suit  is disposed  of on compromise.
