This case stands filed on 10.07.2017, but thereafter no one appeared to argue on the point of admission. On 30.05.2018, there was specific direction to the complainant to appear and to argue but complainant did not do so. Even on 13.05.2022, last  chance was given but complainant did not appear on 01.07.2022.  Learned Advocate on behalf of the complainant however appeared after a long gap and prayed for time and time was given, subject to payment of cost Rs 100/-(one hundred only). But even today neither the cost has been deposited nor any one appeared on call. Under the aforesaid reason this complaint case stands dismissed without admission.
