The complainant, Sri Manas Pratim  Bora is present  in person . Mr Pranab Changkakoti   the  authorised  agent  of the  opp. party  no-3  namely  Bimal Auto  Agency,  Chandmari  is also present in person. The ld.  counsels  of the  complainant  and opp. party  no-3  are also present  today . Both the  complainant  and  opp. party no-3  by  filing a  joint  compromise  petition (petition  no- 978/16)  pray  for  disposing   the case   on  compromise.   We have  heard  both the  parties as well as  their  ld. counsels.  The   petition is allowed . On  perusal   of the   petition, it  transpires  to us  that  opp. party no-3  paid  Rs.30000/-  through   Cheque No-  777015 dtd.  16/08/16   of Yes Bank, Ulubari  to  the    complainant   as  final  payment  which  includes  excess  payment  taken  by  opp. party  no-3,  interest  and  compensation   , and  the   complainant  has also  received  the said  amount  as final  payment  against  the  claim  he made  before  this  forum.  So,   nothing   remain  left  to be  adjudicated. Accordingly,   the  complaint  is dismissed   on compromise  as done.
