Sh.S.R.Bansal, Advocate has appeared for OPs and brought a cheque of Rs.25,945/- dated 5.5.2010 in the name of complainant to which Sh.Sarup Singh Minhas, Advocate for complainant has received towards full and final satisfaction of execution and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application, which is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Sarup Singh Minhas, Advocate for Complainant/DH. I have received cheque of Rs.25,945/- bearing No.142522, dated 5.5.2010, drawn on Citibank, N.A. New Delhi, payable at par, in favour of complainant Jagjit Singh from the OPs, towards full and final satisfaction of execution. Hence, I withdraw present execution application as fully satisfied.” 2. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, as fully satisfied. 3. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
