          This complainant’s revision is directed against the order dated January 19^th, 2018 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ambala (District Forum), whereby his application to implead the Transport Commissioner, Haryana as one of the opposite party, was dismissed. 

2.      The complainant filed complaint No.457 of 2016 titled ‘Dr. Pawan Kumar Versus The Manager, Maruti True Value and others’ before the District Forum. The complaint has already been decided by the District Forum vide order dated April 23^rd, 2018 (Annexure-1). Since the complaint has already been decided by the District Forum, this revision petition is dismissed being infructuous.
