Dated the 2nd day of April, 2013 ORDER This order will dispose of the application filed by OP-Autopace Network Limited praying therein that it be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.5600/- towards compliance of the order dated 25.03.2013 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. Vide order dated 25.03.2013 passed in FA/28/2013, the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, condoned the delay for deposit of half of the amount with the District Forum awarded in this case. As per the order, 50% of the awarded amount i.e. Rs.15,000/- had already been deposited at the time of filing the appeal and interest at 18% on the amount was required to be deposited. The sum of Rs.5600/- is towards interest as the amount had been deposited after the expiry of 45 days. So, the OP is permitted to deposit the cheque of Rs.5600/- towards compliance of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. The bankers cheque No.413381, dated 26.03.2013 amounting to Rs.5600/- drawn on State Bank of India, be deposited in the account of District Forum, in the form of F.D.R in a Nationalised Bank, having maximum interest, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be placed on record of the Execution Petition file, if any.
