                   Keeping in view of the separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs and after removing the technical/legal default, if any, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, and in case, complainant will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its and will also attach the copy of this order.  File be consigned to the records.
