THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to replace the defective Maruthi Brezza Car bearing No.TN 09 CK 0950 with brand new one and to take care of the registration, insurance and miscellaneous expenses towards the new car, to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for loss, hardship, mental agony, trauma, stress physical strain, pain, pressure caused to the complainant and to pay the cost.

Vakalath of 1st opposite party filed.  Both complainant and 1st opposite party appeared in person and filed Joint Compromise Memorandum of Understanding, the contents of which are self explanatory and is recorded.  In view of the Compromise Memorandum of Understanding, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  Memorandum of understanding form part of the order.
