     Written arguments on behalf of complainant filed.

     At the request of the parties, case taken up today before the Lok Adalat and the matter has been settled. Statement of Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for OP No.2 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint is ordered to be disposed of as settled between the parties. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
