                Heard on the maintainability of the present complaint.  The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. Original documents may also be returned to him. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of counsel of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the appropriate court/competent authority as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.
