                   This order will dispose of the application filed by the OP-2 / Applicant praying therein he be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the OP-2 with the Distt. Forum in the case titled as Surinder Singh and Anr. Vs Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. and Ors.

                   Office reported that the amounts of Rs.3,75,000/- and Rs.2,12,172/-were deposited by the OP-2/ applicant with this Forum. 

                    The OP-2 / applicant is permitted to withdraw the above said amounts, as appeal preferred by the OP-2 stands allowed and set aside the orders passed by the Fora below vide order dated 14.10.2010, by the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

                    Office is directed to release the amount of Rs.3,75,000/- and 2,12,172/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, in favour of the OP-2 / applicant  (Berkeley Automobile Ltd.) as prayed for in the application and the Misc. Application is disposed of.  Be tagged with the main file / execution file, if any.

                    Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of charge.
