Subeg Singh filed a consumer case on 21 Feb 2018 against Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the DF-II Consumer Court. The case no is CC/104/2018 and the judgment uploaded on 22 Feb 2018.
The case of the complainant is that he purchased one Maruti Desire car from the dealer of OP.
