2.M/s Karnal Motors(P)Ltd. through its Managing Director/authorized person, Opposite Bus stand, GT Road, Karnal.

                     Protection Act.

 ORDER:

 

                   Sh.V.K.Gupta Advocate  who was counsel for the complainant  and represented upto 7.12.2015 is present but he states that he has no instructions from the complainant to pursue with the present case and the complainant is not interesting in appearing in the case despite repeated intimations.

 

2.                 Today also none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant despite repeated calls. It is already 3.00PM.Further wait is not justified. Therefore, in view of such facts and circumstances, the complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
