ORDER

 The counsel for OP No.2 states at bar that OP No.2 is agreed to replace the bumper in question and further to give warranty of 6 months for the same.  The  counsel for the complainant is agreed to the same and  wants to withdraw the complaint in view of the statement made at bar by the counsel for the OP No.2.  In this regard he has appended a note on the first page of the complaint.

                        In view of the above statements the OP No.2 is directed to replace the bumper in question with 6 months warranty of the same.  The complainant shall take the vehicle in question to the workshop of OP No.2 within 10 days from today and thereafter the OP No.2 shall  do the needful within 10 days from the date of receiving the vehicle.  Accordingly the  complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  Both the parties shall remain bound with their statement.

                        Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties, free of charge
