ORDER

This revision petition has been filed against order dated 27.12.2016 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh in Consumer Complaint No.116 of 2015, vide which an application filed by the revision petitioner/complainant to summon record from the office of Registration & Licensing Authority, Sector 42, Chandigarh (Opposite Party No.4) has been declined.

                    We have seen the facts of the case. In the reply filed to that application, it has been specifically stated by Opposite Party No.4 (Registration & Licensing Authority, Sector 42, Chandigarh), that on account of loss, the record is not available. If that is so, no directions can be issued at this stage.

                    Accordingly, this Revision Petition stands dismissed.

                    Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.

                    Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned Forum, immediately, so as to reach there before the date fixed.

                    File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
