Record is put up by filing a put up petition by the complainant for withdrawal of this case.

The complainant himself appears before this Forum and also files a verified petition praying to withdraw this case. The complainant stated in his petition that he has amicably settled the case out of the Forum and he is not willing to proceed this case further, as such the complainant is willing to withdraw this case.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.
