          Complainant and opposite party 1 to 5 represented.  Commission report not filed.  Notice to the complainant seen served.  Inpsite of receipt of repeated notice from this Commission, complainant did not turned up and appear before the Commission for cross examination.  From the last several posting onwards, there was no representation for the complainant also.  The counsel for the complainant submitted on 08-02-2022 that he is relinquish the vakalath for the complainant.  Thereaftertwo notices were served to the complainant.  But he failed to appear before this Commission.  It can be seen from the conduct of the complainant that he is not interest to proceed with the complaint.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
