ORDER

The complainant is absent though duly served. The respondent is served with the show cause notice personally by RPAD. Service is held sufficient. The respondent is called out. Absent. However the respondent has submitted a memo stating that the respondent has paid Rs.100/- collected byhim from the complainant together witht the postal expenses demanded by the complainant. Therefore the matter is settled out of court. Further the complainant has also filed a seperate memo stating that the matter has been settled out of court and hencehe does not press this complaint. As such the same may be disposed of as settled out of court. In vies of the above said facts submitted in the memo's filed by bothsides this complaint is dismissed as not pressed by the complainant as settled out of court. No costs.
