                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.15 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant. This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant since 16.02.2017 but the complainant or his counsel failed to appear and adduce evidence.  From the perusal of the zimini orders, it is transpired that the complainant or his counsel is not appearing in this case since 19.11.2015.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complainant has failed to adduce evidence despite last opportunity.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
