Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 04.01.2024. On the first date of hearing 05.01.2024 complainant sought adjournment for addressing arguments. On the second date of hearing i.e. 07.02.2024 complainant didn’t appear, however, last and final opportunity was given to complainant to address arguments on admission. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
