This consumer complaint coming up before us on 06.04.2023 for pronouncing orders and both the parties have appeared before this Commission with Joint Memo  and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, a Joint Memo has been filed by the Counsel appearing for the respective parties stating that amicable settlement has been entered between the parties out of this Commission.   Further, it has been stated in the Joint Memo that ‘the opposite party has settled the entire payment and the same was acknowledged by the complainant and they have no claims each other’.

 

Recording the Joint Memo, this Consumer Complaint is disposed off.  The Joint Memo shall form part of the order.   No costs.
