Complainant  and  his  ld. counsel is present  today . Opp. party  no-1  is  present  through  ld. counsel  . Later on , opp. party  no-2, 3  & 4  are also  present  through  ld. advocates . The opp. parties  have  submitted  vide  petition  no- 38/2021  and   39/2021  that , they  have  settled  the matter  with the  complainant  for an  amount  of Rs.51,750/-  and deposited a cheque  bearing  no-879492  of   “the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking  Corporation Ltd”. Heard the complainant  present  today . Complainant  is agreed  to the  settlement  as above . The above  cheque  for Rs.51,750/-  be  handed  over  to the  complainant  obtaining  proper  receipt.  The case is  thus disposed off.
