          Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the matter could not be taken up on 19.05.2020, 31.08.2020, 17.11.2020, 04.02.2021, 26.04.2021, 08.10.2021 and thereafter the matter was adjourned for 21.03.2022. 

2.                Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as per settlement Agreement dated 11.03.2021 (Annexure Ex.C-5). His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records.
