                   It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled before the Delhi Govt. Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 5.3.2015.  The settlement agreement dated 5.3.15 is received from the Mediation Centre. 

The Complainant is present with the Counsel who admits having signed the settlement before the Mediation Centre.  Shri Ajay Gupta, AR     of the Company is present who also admits his signatures on the settlement agreement Ex-C1. 

In terms of this agreement, the OP has handed over two Demand Drafts of Rs.8,50,000/- and Rs.12,50,000/- dated 7.3.15 in total Rs.21,00,000/-  to the complainant towards full and final settlement with the OP in respect of complaint filed before this Commission.  The complainant has stated that in terms of settlement between the parties, he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

The complainant has stated that he has taken the DDs because his wife being co-complainant has relinquished her share in favour of complainant.  He has stated that his marriage has been dissolved with the co-complainant Deepa Seth by decree of divorce by mutual consent on 12.4.14.  He has settled with the co-complainant on 12.4.14 at the time of grant of divorce and he has also paid the settlement amount to her in full and final settlement of her claims.  He has further stated that in case his ex-wife i.e. co-complainant raises another dispute with the OP, the same shall be the responsibility of the complainant.

In view of settlement between the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. 

The parties shall remain bound by their respective statements as well as settlement Ex-C1.
