COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.

ORDER

           Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to technical defects involved in the present complaint, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and thus, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission it file the case fresh before this Forum may kindly be accorded. Original documents be also returned. Benefit to Section 14(2) of Limitation Act be also given to the complainant.

        Heard.

        Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission is granted to the complainant to file the case before this Forum. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant after keeping photo copies of the same on the case file. Benefit of section 14(2) of Limitation Act is also given to the complainant.

        File be consigned after due compliance.
